No. 13 OLD MILL at No. 5 ARUNDEL, Friday, 7

In this Class 4A East region final, two of the perennial elite programs from Anne Arundel County will take the field. No. 5 Arundel (11-0) advanced in the postseason with an 18-6 win over Annapolis. RB Joseph Blackwell led the Wildcats by rushing for 132 yards and a score in the win. Old Mill (9-2) advanced with a 24-0 win over North Point. The Patriots have won nine of their last 10 games, but lost in their season opener to Arundel, 34-27. RB Josh Furman averages 200.5 yards a game on the ground for Old Mill.

ATHOLTON at No. 4 RIVER HILL, Friday, 7

River Hill (11-0) looks to remain undefeated as it will play in the Class 3A East Region final against a Howard County foe. The Hawks rolled along last week, as they defeated J.M. Bennett, 70-0. RB Kevin Johnson led the way as the Wake Forest-bound senior scored onruns of 42, 3 and 23 yards. Atholton (10-1) advanced with a 14-13 win over Wilde Lake. The Raiders, which lost to River Hill 35-14 in the regular season, is led by QB Kalvin Seamonson, who has thrown for 554 yards and three touchdowns.

No. 2 LINGANORE at No. 6 QUINCE ORCHARD, Friday, 7

In the Class 3A West final, Quince Orchard (11-0) looks to remain undefeated a week after defeating Tuscarora, 27-6. In that game, Ben Sasu ran for 217 yards and three scores for the Cougars. Linganore advanced with a 33-20 win over Damascus. The Lancers have outscored their opponents, 481-117 this season.

PAINT BRANCH at No. 10 SHERWOOD, Friday, 7

In this Class 4A West final, Sherwood looks to win for the fourth time in five games. The Warriors advanced with a 24-2 win over Springbrook. For the season, Sherwood has outscored its opponents, 298-82. Paint Branch (9-2) is coming off an 18-7 win over Whitman. Ivan Taghoe led Paint Branch in that win, as he finished with 102 yards receiving on nine catches. Sherwood defeated Paint Branch, 19-0, in the regular season.

PIKESVILLE at CATOCTIN, Friday, 7

In the Class 1A North final, Catoctin (11-0) looks to remain undefeated. The Cougars advanced with a 56-0 win over New Town. QB Dylan May threw for 141 yards and a pair of touchdowns against New Town for Catoctin, which has outscored its opponents 102-0 the last two weeks. Pikesville (8-2) looks to continue the most successful season in school history. The Panthers from Baltimore County advanced with a 42-20 win over Sparrows Point. Pikesville has not lost since starting the season 0-2.

HAVRE DE GRACE at JOPPATOWNE, Friday, 7

In the Class 1A East Final, Joppatowne (11-0) hopes to continue to roll after defeating Bohemia Manor, 49-30 over Bohemia Manor. In that win, Epe Henriques ran for 292 yards and four touchdowns. Havre de Grace (7-4) has won two straight, including 12-6 last week against Snow Hill. Joppatowne defeated the Warriors, 35-0, in the regular season.

KENT ISLAND at QUEEN ANNE’S, Friday, 7

In the Class 2A East final, Kent Island (10-1) will try to prove it is the elite team on the Eastern Shore, following its 35-0 win last week against North Caroline. In that win, Joe Kirby ran for 146 yards and a touchdown in 13 carries. Queen Anne’s (11-0), which defeated Kent Island, 35-21 in the regular season advanced with a 43-29 win over Wicomico.

EASTERN TECH vs. CHESAPEAKE-BC. Friday, 7 (at CCBC-Dundalk)

The east side of Baltimore County will be vying for bragging rights in this Class 2A North Region final. Eastern Tech (10-2) advanced with a 50-12 win over Lake Clifton. However, the Mavericks lone loss this season came against Chesapeake, 15-13, on Sept. 26. Chesapeake (10-1) advanced with a 14-12 win over Dundalk. The Bay Hawks’ lone loss came on Oct. 30, when they lost at Delaware power Caravel, 36-8.

DUNBAR vs. FOREST PARK, Saturday, 1 (at Poly)

In the Class 1A South final, Dunbar (10-1) hopes to win again after taking care of Forestville, 34-25. In that win for the Poets, Nathan Ayers rushed for 33 yards and four scores. Forest Park (10-0) won 19-18 last week over Carver Vo-Tech. The Foresters have outscored their opponents, 206-85, this season.

No. 1 DEMATHA vs. No.3 GOOD COUNSEL, Saturday, 2 (at Navy)

Two of the top three teams in the state face off in the WCAC final. Good Counsel is coming off a 51-6 win over Archbishop Carroll. In that game, QB Zach Dancel threw for 112 yards and a touchdown and rushed for another one. DeMatha advanced to the title game with a 35-0 win over DeMatha. RB Marcus Coker leads DeMatha with 1,279 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns.
